Working principle
This device adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit, and the number directly displays the shaft speed. It can adapt to different experimental needs in the laboratory and directly calculate the relationship between the linear velocity of stirring, dispersion, and chemical reaction rate based on the displayed shaft speed, providing correct process data for large-scale production.
Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the mixing head of this machine generates a high tangential linear velocity. The material is subjected to strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects under the huge centrifugal force, causing the fluid material to withstand thousands of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion, and other effects.
